Advertiser's Revenue Cap

There's a possibility to set a Revenue Cap not only on the campaign level, but on the whole Advertiser as well. 

This option can be found in the basic settings of the Advertiser:

Logic is pretty straightforward - cap affects all the campaigns created under the specific advertiser and limit them with the revenue on a daily basis. Value inserted needs to be in dollars.
