Manage Users

In the Manage Users section (1), you can create accounts for Users: your colleagues, team members, people who will manage the account.

Click + New user button (2) to create an account for the required person. All the existing users are listed in the table (3). "Type" metric will help you understand the role of each user of the platform. 

Possible actions

 - click to pause/resume the activity of the user (paused users are not able to log into the platform)

- click to edit the user

- click to delete the user

Name (4) your user. We recommend using your user's real name so that our Support Team can understand who they are talking to when the user comes to LiveChat.

Choose the Type (5) of your user.

There are three options to choose from:

  1. Admin
    • has access to all tabs: Channels, Advertisers, Connections, Reports, Payments, Mass Actions, Reports, Tools
    • can edit his/her Profile (Name, Timezone, Email, Live Chat enabled/disabled, Reset Password)
    • can create/edit/archive Sources and Channels
    • can add/clone/rearrange/delete Connections
    • can create/edit/delete Domain/App Name/Bundle ID lists
    • can manage other users
  2. AdOps
    • has access to all tabs: Channels, Advertisers, Connections, Reports, Payments, Mass Actions, Reports, Tools
    • can edit his/her Profile (Name, Timezone, Email, Live Chat enabled/disabled, Reset Password)
    • can create/edit/archive Sources and Channels
    • can add/clone/rearrange/delete Connections
    • can create/edit/delete Domain/App Name/Bundle ID lists
    • cannot manage other users
  3. Financial manager 
    • has access only to the following tabs: Channels, Advertisers, Reports, Payments
    • can edit his/her Profile (Name, Timezone, Email, Live Chat enabled/disabled, Reset Password)
    • cannot create/edit/archive Sources and Channels
    • cannot manage other users

Add the description (6) of the user (optional field).

Enter the email address that will be used as Login (7) for the user. The login email address must be unique. You can use the invalid email address as a login for your users. 

Hit the radio button Active (8) to enable your user. Users can also be enabled/disabled in the main Manage Users section.

Click the button Create (10) to finish creating the user. You can set the user's password by clicking the Reset password (9) button once the user is created.
